For load-bearing structures, it is often necessary to reinforce the aluminium bar. This not only allows the piece to carry more weight, but it also limits the welded component from flexing, which undermines its durability.

To prevent splitting, cracking, and mold growth, teak is carefully seasoned through one month of kiln drying and two months of air drying. This process reduces the moisture content to below 10%, ensuring a stronger, more stable, and durable timber.

A-Grade Teak refers to the most mature part of the tree, found at the centre of the teak log. It is dense and rich in natural oil, which protects the timber from splintering and remains smooth even after years.
