PRICES AND GST

All prices on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include the Goods and Services Tax (GST). Wintons Teak reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without notice and to correct any pricing errors, including after an order has been placed.

PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods, all processed securely through Stripe:

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) for online purchases. By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment method used is yours and that sufficient funds are available. We reserve the right to verify your payment details before processing an order.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to ensure all product descriptions on our website are accurate. Despite our best efforts, discrepancies may occur, and we reserve the right to make corrections at any time, including after an order has been placed.

Please note that natural variations in handmade and timber products are an inherent characteristic of the materials, not a defect. Colours may also appear slightly different across devices and screens, which is not considered a fault.

PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS

Promotional vouchers are subject to the following conditions:

• Vouchers are time-limited and single-use only.
• Only one voucher may be applied per order.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
• Individual brands may be excluded from voucher promotions.
• If the order value is less than the voucher's worth, no cash refund or credit will be given for the difference.
• Vouchers have no cash value and do not accrue interest.
• Where a voucher is applied to an order and one or more items are returned, the discount will be apportioned pro rata across the items for the purpose of calculating any refund.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once we receive your order, you'll get an email confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order only — it does not constitute acceptance of the order or confirmation of a sale. Wintons Teak reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Restocking and repackaging fees may apply. We are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for items sold as Floor Stock Sale, Clearance, Bespoke, or Custom orders.

WARRANTY
