How To Make A Claim

We take every warranty claim seriously. All claims must be assessed by our technicians. Please do not come to the store directly to make a warranty claim.

To lodge a claim, please contact us with your invoice number and photos of the affected product. We will assess your case within 10 business days and contact you to arrange repair, pick up, or delivery as appropriate.

If we require further evidence to confirm that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect rather than improper use or negligence, we may ask you to provide a written declaration confirming:

  1. I have followed the product care and feature instructions provided by Wintons Teak.
  2. I am making this warranty claim in good faith.
  3. I have attached my invoice and photos of the defective product.
