Terms and Conditions for In-Home Design Consultation
Welcome to Wintons Teak's In-Home Design Consultation service. By booking a consultation through our Calendly link, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Free Consultation
Free Consultation
- A consultation fee of $180 ("Consultation Fee") is charged to schedule an in-home design consultation. This service is available within the Sydney Metro area only.
- The Consultation Fee must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Consultation bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Wintons Teak once the booking is made and the Consultation Fee is received.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the Consultation Fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.
- To reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact us directly by phone or email using the details at the bottom of this page.
Consultation Process
Consultation Process
- The consultation will include a comprehensive assessment of your design needs, space evaluation, and initial design recommendations.
- Our consultant will arrive at the scheduled time and will require access to the areas to be consulted on.
- The consultation duration is approximately 60 minutes.
- If you require additional time, please let us know before the consultation and we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.

Fee Waiver
Fee Waiver
- The Consultation Fee will be waived if you proceed with a purchase of Wintons Teak products as a result of the consultation.
- The Consultation Fee paid will be applied as a credit towards the initial deposit on your order.
- To qualify for the fee waiver, an initial deposit must be paid within 30 days of the consultation date.
- The waiver will be applied as a discount on your purchase invoice.
Intellectual Property

- All design concepts, drawings, and materials provided during the consultation remain the intellectual property of Wintons Teak.
- Any use of these materials without the express written consent of Wintons Teak is strictly prohibited.
Liability
Liability
Wintons Teak is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the consultation service, except where prohibited by law.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Wintons Teak reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the consultation service following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Early Bird Sale
- The Early Bird Special offer runs from 26 June to 31 July 2026 ("Promotion Period"), unless extended or withdrawn at Wintons Teak's discretion.
- This offer applies to indoor and outdoor furniture purchased on the site, excluding accessories (unless otherwise stated) and bespoke, custom, or made-to-order furniture.
- Customers who spend $3,000 or more (AUD, inclusive of GST) on qualifying furniture in a single order will receive a $300 discount.
- Customers who spend $6,000 or more (AUD, inclusive of GST) on qualifying furniture in a single order will receive an $800 discount.
- Discounts are applied automatically at checkout once the relevant spend threshold is met.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotional code, or sale offer.
- Qualifying spend is calculated on the value of eligible products purchased, excluding delivery, assembly, or other service fees.
- Discounts apply per order, not per customer; multiple orders cannot be combined to reach a higher threshold.
- The invoice for the qualifying order must be dated on or before 31 July 2026. Orders invoiced after this date are not eligible, regardless of when the order was placed.
- This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to past purchases or orders placed prior to the Promotion Period.
- If stock is unavailable during the Promotion Period, customers may place a pre-order to secure the Early Bird pricing, provided the order is placed and invoiced within the Promotion Period. The offer cannot be applied to orders placed after the Promotion Period has ended, even if the customer was unable to purchase the item earlier due to stock unavailability.
- While stocks last — Wintons Teak reserves the right to substitute or withdraw specific products from the promotion if unavailable.
- Wintons Teak reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
- Standard delivery, returns, and warranty terms apply to all purchases made under this promotion.
- Wintons Teak reserves all rights in connection with this promotion, including the right to determine eligibility and resolve any disputes. All decisions made by Wintons Teak are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
